Code40’s New Talent

We are super excited to start looking again for young talent to join our team. Two fresh job listings are now up on Joobs – our recruitment partner.

If you are interested to join our team and do some serious .NET programming one of these jobs might be just about right for you. Keep in mind that our new colleague should also be able to assist us with some mundane system administration tasks. So, if you have sys admin skills make sure to underline them in your CV.

The other job we are opening is for a junior web developer. We envision expanding our team with one talented web developer that has as sole focus web user interface development. We hope to find candidates that impress us with their HTML, CSS and JQuery skills.

Summer School short listed for branding & identity award

"Code40 Summer School" is an academic initiative that takes place under the auspices of the Romanian National Commission for UNESCO, supported by Maxcode & Code40, in partnership with the Technical University of Delft - Holland, the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University, Microsoft Netherlands and Microsoft Romania.

Around 20 students from the Iasi Faculty of Computer Science are invited to work 40 days in a real IT system for a real client, under the guidance of a senior developer of Code40. The purpose is program is to fill the gap between the academic and business environment.

This year, "Code40 Summer School" has been nominated at Identity: Best of the best 2010 | World brand design contest/ С7 – Corporate Identity (Non-Commerce Organization) category and is now on the short-list.

Code40 is an outsource center located in Iasi, Romania, and is focused on Microsoft technologies. We are preparing to add to our technology resume an outsourcing Java team that will focus on up to date and the state of art technologies within this field of development:

Nearly all members of the Code40 team have experience or background in developing secure, flexible and scalable financial orientated applications. Code40 holds experienced architects and developers, with proved qualities on .NET Web and BizTalk Applications for the payment industry. We possess all the skills required to engineer and deliver Enterprise Level Systems ranging from banking systems to shopping carts to ERP and CRM solutions.

Code40 is involved in all steps of product development starting with architecture, development and implementation, documentation, maintenance and deployment.

Code40 develops on multiple platforms being specialized on .NET mainly. For every development product we create a team that fits the profile of the requirements. Also Code40 develops on dedicated teams, providing customers access to development resources and stages.

Dedicated teams are proven successful for prototyping business model, when products horizon is yet uncertain, allowing customers to experiment and define the scope in time of the development. Also, for already existing products, dedicated teams have proven to have integrated into the environment of the client easier, and have sometimes created an opportunity for out clients to truly devote to spec-ing
